During the Summit, we had the opportunity to listen to the introductory remarks of the Chairman of the EPP Group, Manfred Weber.
Important issues of discussion were the ongoing war in the Ukraine and the latest developments in Russia, the ability of the EU to enhance the competitiveness of the European economy and our relations with China.
Warm congratulations were extended to Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the historic victory of Nea Demokratia at the recent elections, from all European countries which took the floor.
